Vigilant Health was created to improve the way we treat and manage chronic and acute health needs. Our President and Founder, Aaron J West, MD, MBA is a board certified anesthesiologist and critical care-intensivist who saw the need to change the way we care for and navigate patients to better health. The team of providers manage each patient with compassion, evidence based standards of care and a primary goal of health management. Our care of patients follows the complete continuum of care from hospitalization to a return to home as medically appropriate. By ensuring we get to know the entire patient, we meet our own standard of providing excellent management that is in the best interest of the individual patient.
